Thank you for your emails (buddy@wthrvdoing.com) regarding my whereabouts and general health. I know that my parents have not published any pictures of me since Louisiana. Let me assure you that I am in good health and am enjoying my traveling lifestyle. So much to smell, too short is my leash.
So what do I do while my people are out and about? My parents close all the shades and turn on the radio so I am not distracted by people walking by or other noises that may put me in a defensive posture to bark. The music I listen to varies by what’s available. I really like 80’s music, classic rock, or old school hip-hop, but country is OK too. While I have two beds in the house of my very own, I prefer my “parents’ bed”.
During travel days I lay between the captains chairs and help navigate. My mom wraps me in a blanket when its cold outside.
I meet a lot of other doggies at the RV parks we stay in. If they are cool, we run around and chase each other. Below are some really big dogs I met. Mom said I couldn’t play with them though ‘cause they were a special dog breed called horse. Whatever!!
My absolute favorite thing to do is play outside with my orange woobie.
…then my dad calls me and calls me to go back home, but I want to rest first. So I pretend I don’t hear him.
Well that’s it, a day in my life. I will tell my people that you want more pictures of me included in the blog. After all, I am the real reason you read these posts.

Happy Birthday Buddy!
Happy Birthday. My little Zoey is also 3 years old (in Feb). She is not as good a traveler as Buddy. Zoey is scared in the MH…we think it may be the road noise. She has to sit in my lap and we wish she would sit where Buddy sits and we have tried it but
it is not what she wants. We give her a calming pill before long trips in car or MH.
She is a Schnauzer so she BARKS….I do not know if we will ever get that to stop. When we fuss at her she still does a little soft
grumble bark. SO leaving her in the MH while we are gone is an issue. We have had two notes on our door when we got back about her barking. We will certainly try closing off the windshield because she likes to sit up there and bark. We normally
leave the TV on for her…..believe it or not she loves to watch TV. I hope she will someday be as good as Buddy when staying
in the MH while we are gone. Continue to have a fun and safe trip. Give Buddy a pat on the head for me.
Zoey sounds like a cutie. Schnauzers are adorable and protective of their territory. The first time we travel in the car with Buddy it was not good, but with time he got better. Usually the maximum drive in the MH is three hours. Buddy tolerates is for that long, thank goodness. We have no idea if he barks while we are gone or not. No notes so far – fingers crossed.
I hope Buddy and Zoey get a chance to meet. They would probably be fast friends. Give Zoey and little cuddle from us.
Now he’s a cutie pie. He needs a brother or sister.
He is plenty to handle by himself, especially in a small space like our RV. He sleeps on the bed with us and takes up half the bed!! Bratty boy.
